Terms of Service

KSTrials is a fan-made, non-commercial RuneScape Private Server that provides:

• A modified RuneScape gaming experience
• Community features including chat, forums, and social interactions
• Custom content and gameplay modifications
• Leaderboards and competitive features

Important: KSTrials is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jagex Ltd or RuneScape. This is an independent fan project.

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One person may only have one account unless explicitly permitted by staff
• Account sharing is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, macros, or any automated software
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain
• Real-world trading (RWT) of in-game items or currency
• Harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior toward other players
• Sharing or distributing harmful content
• Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the game client
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Spam, advertising, or promoting other servers

4.2 Chat and Communication

• Respect all players regardless of skill level, background, or beliefs
• No offensive language, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• No sharing of personal information
• English is the primary language in public channels
• Staff decisions regarding chat violations are final

All game content, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, text, and code, remains the property of their respective owners. The original RuneScape content is owned by Jagex Ltd. Our custom modifications and additions are owned by KSTrials.

Users retain ownership of their own created content (such as forum posts) but grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute such content within our platform.

6.1 Violation Consequences

Violations of these terms may result in:

• Verbal or written warnings
• Temporary muting or account restrictions
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• IP address banning

6.2 Appeal Process

If you believe you were unfairly penalized, you may appeal through our support channels. All appeals will be reviewed fairly, but staff decisions are generally final.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

Any donations made to support the server are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable. Virtual items or benefits received in exchange for donations have no real-world value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money.

We reserve the right to modify or remove donated benefits at any time, especially if they negatively impact game balance.
